🎮GAMEPLAY

In KAMI KAIDO, you'll use the cards to reveal the Reikai world through the mist of forgetfulness , and each card creates a tile with its own effects — things like spawning yokais and resources. With dozens of cards, combos, interactions, and synergies between them. The game is divided into four phases:

Contemplative Phase: When the world stands still for you to contemplate for 30 seconds after each combat phase or each time your hero leaves the village passing through it. During this phase you may play up to 2 cards from your hand to discover new locations placing tiles in the map or using your hero class skills or yet, feeling Yokais’ presence lurking you on the road.

Walking Phase: Where your hero moves by itself in the Kami Kaido.

Combat Phase: Where your hero fights against its enemies (Yokais or another player heros and allies).

Collecting Phase: Where your hero spent time collecting resources each time it passed through a colletible landside or some building on the road. When you enter in this phase, all your opponents enter in the contemplative phase (just in Battle Mode).
